Kazakh president names new deputy defense minister, naval commander

ALMATY. Aug 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reshuffled top defense roles Friday, naming Serik Burambayev as deputy defense minister and Kanat Niyazbekov as the new naval forces commander.
