OPEC+ making decision on raising quotas as it has best understanding of market's needs - UAE energy minister

VIENNA. July 9 (Interfax) - OPEC+ is making the decision to raise oil production quotas because it has the best understanding of the market's needs, UAE Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail Al Mazroui said during the OPEC+ International Seminar.
