Damage caused by online scams in Kazakhstan exceeded $48 mln in H1

ASTANA. July 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - More than 11,000 online fraud instances were reported in Kazakhstan in January-June 2025, resulting in over 25 billion tenge worth of damage, according to Zhandos Suyunbay, head of the cybercrime department at the Internal Affairs Ministry.
