Kazakhstan postpones utility tariff increases to slow inflation

ASTANA. July 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's government will delay planned utility rate increases to help curb accelerating inflation, the cabinet's press service said in a Tuesday statement.
