ForteBank agrees to buy Home Credit Bank (Part 2)

ASTANA. June 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - ForteBank JSC said Friday it has reached a deal to acquire 100% of Home Credit Bank JSC's shares, according to a statement from the bank.
