Kazakhstan's Otbasy Bank reports 7% asset growth amid profit decline

ASTANA. June 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Otbasy Bank, Kazakhstan's state-backed mortgage lender, reported a 7% increase in assets to 4.28 trillion tenge in 2024, while net profit fell 18% to 120.8 billion tenge, according to audited financial statements released Thursday.
