ASTANA. June 17 (Interfax) - The participants in the 2nd Central Asia-China summit in Astana on Tuesday have signed an Astana Declaration and a treaty on eternal neighborliness, friendship, and cooperation, Sun Weidong, China's vice foreign minister and general secretary of the Central Asia-China format secretariat, said on Tuesday.
