Shymkent refinery expansion project to cost about $6 bln

ASTANA. May 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The expansion project for the Shymkent oil refinery, which is owned by PetroKazakhstan Oil Products LLP (PKOP), is estimated at $6 billion, the press service of Kazakhstan’s government said in a press release.
