Azerbaijan's SOCAR transitions to international standards for hydrocarbon resource management


BAKU. May 12 (Interfax) - The State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) has begun transitioning to the international SPE/PRMS (Petroleum Resources Management System) standards as part of its transformation project.
