Kazakh President orders funding for energy, utility upgrades

ALMATY. April 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has directed the national holding company Baiterek and second-tier banks to secure financing for modernizing Kazakhstan’s energy and utility sectors, his office announced Tuesday.
