Bipek Auto founder convicted in absentia in fraud case


ASTANA. April 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A Kazakh court has sentenced Anatoly Balushkin, founder of Bipek Auto – Asia Auto, to nine years in prison for large-scale fraud, the East Kazakhstan Regional Court announced Thursday.
