New head of Atyrau refinery named

ASTANA. April 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kuandyk Bishimbayev, former head of Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP, has been named as the new general director of Atyrau Oil Refinery LLP, the company’s press service said in a statement on Thursday.
