Kazakhstan ratifies agreement with Cyprus on transfer of convicts

ASTANA. April 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Senate, the upper house of Kazakhstan’s parliament, approved a law on Thursday ratifying an agreement between Kazakhstan and Cyprus on the transfer of convicted persons, completing the parliamentary approval process.
