ASTANA. May 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Introduction of continuous video surveillance in prison colonies resulted in prevention of 43 suicides, four escape attempts, and the escalation of nine conflict situations into riots, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on Monday.
