Kyrgyz president asks parliament to consider mandatory voter participation in elections

BISHKEK. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has asked the new parliament at its first meeting to discuss mandatory voter participation in elections in order to improve turnout.
