ASTANA. Dec 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has urgently activated a plan to reroute its oil exports through alternative channels after an attack damaged a critical loading terminal for the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) in Novorossiysk, the country's Energy Ministry announced.
