Tokayev awards FIDE President Dvorkovich Dostyk Order

ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has awarded International Chess Federation (FIDE) President Arkady Dvorkovich the Dostyk (Friendship) Order, Second Class, the press service of the Kazakh leader reported on Friday.
