S&P upgrades KazTransOil rating to 'BBB-', outlook 'stable'

ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)- International rating agency S&P Global Ratings has upgraded the rating of JSC KazTransOil (KTO) from "BB+" to "BBB-" with stable outlook, the agency reports.
