BISHKEK. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The illegal import of goods from Kazakhstan via road transport is causing "tens of billions of rubles" of damage to Russia's budget and Russian President Vladimir Putin's instruction to tax authorities to check documents has led to queues of trucks on the border between Russia and Kazakhstan, a problem which is partly being resolved through the temporary easing of requirements, which should eliminate congestion at border crossings by the end of the year, Putin said at a press conference following his visit to Kyrgyzstan.
