Caspian Pipeline Consortium decommissions SPM-3 for scheduled replacement of floating, subsea hoses

MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Single point moorings (SPM) No. 1 and No. 2 only are currently loading oil at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium's (CPC) Marine Terminal, the CPC's press service told Interfax.
