Kazakhstan ready to facilitate resumption of high-level dialogue between nuclear powers – MFA

ASTANA. Nov 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is concerned about the increasing belligerent rhetoric and signs of a possible resumption of nuclear tests, said Mukhtar Tleuberdi, the country's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna.
