MOSCOW. Oct 6 (Interfax) - Eight OPEC+ countries have decided to increase their production quotas in November by 137,000 barrels per day due to a stable global economic forecast and favorable market conditions currently reflected in low oil reserves, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries said in a statement.
