Energy Ministry seeks pipeline upgrade plan for Russia-China oil shipments

ASTANA. June 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Energy Ministry is awaiting technical proposals from pipeline operator KazTransOil on potential upgrades needed to expand the transit of Russian oil to China, Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov said Thursday.
