Kazakhmys’ Zhomart Mine resumes operations four months after deadly accident

ALMATY. June 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Zhomart Mine owned by Kazakhmys has resumed operations after it was shut down February 17 following a rock collapse accident that killed seven miners, according to a statement by Nurakhmet Nuriyev, CEO of Kazakhmys Corporation.
