Kazakhstan lowers mortgage rate cap from 25% to 20%

ALMATY. June 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s financial regulators have lowered the maximum annual effective interest rate on mortgage loans from 25% to 20%, according to a joint resolution by the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market and the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
