ALMATY. May 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Central Asia Metals Plc (CAML) plans to acquire a 100% stake in New World Resources (NWR), which owns the Antler copper project in the United States, for $119 million (or 185 million Australian dollars), according to a statement on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) website.
