Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant announces 34% refining tariff increase

ALMATY. April 25 ( Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant (PPP) will raise its oil refining tariff by 34% effective May 1, 2025, the company announced Thursday.
