Kazakh border guards stop large shipment of saiga horns bound for China

ASTANA. Oct 22 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's National Security Committee Border Service has stopped the illegal export to China of a shipment of saiga horns with a black-market value of about 180 million tenge, the committee's press service said Thursday.
