Kazakhstan clarifies electronic entry permit rules from Nov 1

MOSCOW. Oct 14 (Interfax) - Kazakhstan will begin phasing in electronic travel authorization (ETA) for all foreigners entering the country from November 1, with the requirement becoming mandatory for Russian citizens from July 1, 2027, according to a government resolution.
