Russia extradites suspected drug ring leader over lab deaths in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Oct 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Russia has extradited a Kazakh citizen suspected of running a mephedrone production and distribution network after two people died from chemical poisoning at one of the group’s drug labs in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s Prosecutor General’s Office said.
