OPEC+ Monitoring Committee notes high volatility on global oil markets, supply shortage - Russian deputy PM

MOSCOW. Oct 5 (Interfax) - The global oil market is how highly volatile, there is a supply shortage, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on Rossiya 24 television, citing the conclusions drawn by participants in the OPEC+ Monitoring Committee, which met on Sunday.
