MINSK. Oct 2 (Interfax) - The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries' creation of common supply and demand balances in the agricultural sector will stimulate the establishment of new production facilities in this area, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at an expanded meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council.
