Astana, Changi Airports agree to cooperate on new airport construction
ASTANA. Sept 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Astana authorities, Kazakhstan's Transport Ministry and Changi Airports International (CAI) have agreed to cooperate on building a new airport in the capital, the city administration said.
