Kazakhstan in for a mild October as forecasters predict above-normal temperatures

ASTANA. Sept 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — October will be warmer than usual across most of Kazakhstan, with average temperatures forecast to run 1-2 degrees Celsius above the long-term norm, the national weather service said.
