BISHKEK. Sept 16 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has proposed creating a joint investment fund for financing priority initiatives and facilitating South Korean businesses' access to Central Asian markets, the presidential press service on Wednesday cited Japarov as saying in his speech at the first Central Asia-South Korea summit in Seoul.
