ASTANA. Sept 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has thanked Gizat Nurdauletov for his years of service as Kazakhstan's Security Council secretary, crediting him with a significant role in advancing state policy and driving the country's reform agenda.
