Armenia cannot be EU, EAEU member at same time, needs to say honestly, what it wants - Putin

BISHKEK. Sept 2 (Interfax) - Armenia cannot be a member of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union at the same time, and its law initiating the process of accession to the EU should be viewed as a declaration of withdrawal from the EAEU, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
