SCO members planning to open center for countering int'l organized crime - Kyrgyz President

BISHKEK. Sept 1 (Interfax) - Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states are planning to open a center in Bishkek for countering international organized crime, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov said on Tuesday.
