EU urges Kazakhstan to take into account OSCE ODIHR remarks about parliament election results

BRUSSELS. Aug 26 (Interfax) - The European Union has praised Kazakhstani authorities' efforts to organize a parliament election while taking note of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) conclusions about shortcomings regarding media pluralism and a legal framework.
