ASTANA. Aug 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has once again set a zero rate of import customs duty on titanium oxide and has granted Kazakhstan a tariff preference on imports of vanadium-aluminum master alloy for the production of titanium products.
