Kazakhstan foiled 10 terror plots in four years - security chief
ASTANA. July 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's National Security Committee has prevented 10 attempted terrorist attacks and violent actions in the country over the past four years, the committee's chair, Yermek Sagimbayev, said Monday.
