New Kazakh constitution allows Tokayev to run for another term

ALMATY. July 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's new constitution, adopted in a March 15 referendum and effective July 1, allows President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to run for another term, the Constitutional Court said in a ruling.
