ASTANA. June 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's People's Democratic Party Auyl has elected a new chairman, with longtime agricultural official Kairat Aituganov taking the helm as the party positions itself for upcoming elections under the country's reformed political system.
