London allows payments to Lukoil International, but without transferring funds to sanctioned Lukoil

MOSCOW. June 22 (Interfax) - The UK Treasury's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) has amended a license permitting the continuation of operational activities with Lukoil International GmbH, a subsidiary of Lukoil, which was included in the UK sanctions list in October 2025.
