ASTANA. June 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan is ready to join a project to build a transit gas pipeline to China across its territory if a final decision is reached, but talks between Moscow and Beijing are still at an early stage, Deputy Energy Minister Kaiyrkhan Tutkyshbayev said Friday.
