ASTANA. June 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's southern city of Shymkent has become the first in the country to outfit its ambulance crews with smart video badges, a system designed to improve staff safety and provide an objective record in the event of disputes, the city administration said Wednesday.
