SOCAR begins implementing project to build new oil refinery in Azerbaijan - economy minister
BAKU. June 11 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan plans to implement a project to build a new oil refinery in the next five to six years, and the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic (SOCAR) is already carrying out this work, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said.
