ASTANA. May 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – An operational failure in the Tengiz oil and gas field, west Kazakhstan, has led to a temporary reduction in oil production, with normal output now resuming, said Assel Serikpayeva, an advisor to the energy minister and spokesperson for the Kazakh Energy Ministry.
