Kazakhstan, Russia sign oil cooperation deal, eye infrastructure expansion (Part 2)

ALMATY. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Russia signed agreements Thursday to expand oil-sector cooperation, with Moscow's energy minister pointing to the two countries' shared pipeline infrastructure as the backbone for deeper energy ties.
