ASTANA. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - An agreement between Russia and Kazakhstan to increase the transit of Russian oil to China to 12.5 million tonnes may be signed during Russian President Vladimir Putin's current visit to Kazakhstan, Kazakh Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov told reporters.
